Measure the outside length and width of the larger bottom box of the stepped filter, not the smaller top box. Compare those measurements with the product’s fit details. Do not enter them as a nominal grille size.

RenAir #42 is a stepped pleated replacement filter for a hinged egg-crate return-air grille. It suits a 900 × 500 mm nominal grille with a 10 mm filter slot.

Check the fit before you order
Measure the bottom box of your old filter. That is the larger, lower part of the frame. It should be 886 × 486 mm.
The 10 mm is the grille's filter slot, not the depth of the pleats. A filter for a 20 mm slot is a different product, even when the grille size is the same.
If your grille has a product code, it should match the code above. If anything does not match, send us an enquiry before you order.
The grille is not included. The photos show the filter style. Your size has its own proportions.
