Terms of service
Who we are
This store is operated by RENAIR PTY LTD (ABN 70 696 517 941), a company registered in South Australia. Throughout these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to RENAIR PTY LTD. By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we dispatch the goods. We may decline or cancel an order — for example if an item is out of stock, or if a price or description was wrong — and if we do, we refund you in full.
Pricing
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. We may change prices at any time, but never after you have placed an order. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel for a full refund.
Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including sizes and filter specifications. Each product page lists two sizes: the nominal grille size, which names the grille, and the filter size, which is the listed outside length and width of the filter's bottom box. Check the filter size and the 10 mm slot against your existing filter before you order. Screen colours vary between devices.
Your consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, we limit it to replacing the goods or refunding the price paid.
Your account
If you create an account, keep your login details secure and tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used them.
Acceptable use
Please do not use this site unlawfully, attempt to interfere with it, or copy its content for commercial use without our permission.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time you order is the version that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia, and the courts of South Australia have jurisdiction.
