Online ordering is not open yet

You can browse our range and send an enquiry, but you cannot place an order on this website yet. When ordering opens, this page will show delivery costs and times before you buy.

Where we ship

We ship within Australia only.

If your order is late, lost or arrives damaged

Contact us at support@renairfilters.com.au with your order number. If a parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will replace it or refund it — that is our responsibility, not yours, and it does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incorrect, we can resend it once you cover the reposting cost.
